Pricing and Product Availability:

The prices listed for products on our website or mobile app are the prices you will be charged at the time of delivery. From time to time, we may offer discounted prices for a limited time, and all prices are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.

While we strive to provide accurate information regarding product availability, unforeseen circumstances may result in items being unavailable at the time of order processing. Should this occur, we will notify you via email or SMS.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.

Delivery of Products:

Home Delivery: All orders are eligible for home delivery, and a delivery fee will be added at checkout. While we strive to deliver orders within the specified timeframe, any delays—whether due to internal processes or your unavailability—will not entitle you to compensation. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. If there are any issues with the payment method (e.g., a card swipe machine failure), you will be required to pay in cash.

Our standard shipping timeframe is 1-3 business days, with delivery typically completed within 5-7 business days.

If you experience a delay in delivery, we are not obligated to compensate you for the inconvenience, but we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Payment:

The product will only be delivered once payment is successfully processed. We are not liable for any payment failures, including issues with payment authorization, exceeding preset limits, or transaction declines.

Return and Refund Policy:

You may return products purchased from our website within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been used or altered in any way.
  • The product is still in saleable condition and includes the original packaging.
  • The product is accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Non-returnable items: Certain products such as perishable goods, seasonal items, and personal care items cannot be returned.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase. If you paid via cash on delivery, the refund will be made in cash. We do not offer exchanges for returned products.

Limitations of Liability:

While we make every effort to ensure the quality of the products, we cannot be held responsible for any defects or issues covered under the manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee, as these are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and after-sales service.
